By downloading, installing, or using Komodo Go("the App"), or by visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or website.
2. Description of Service
Komodo Go is a mobile application that allows users to connect to and manage their Komodo infrastructure management platform. The App provides a mobile interface for monitoring servers, managing deployments, and controlling various infrastructure resources.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Komodo Go, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and API credentials
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to access the Komodo instances you connect to
- Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Any actions taken through the App on your connected infrastructure
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brubytes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Brubytes, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
7. Infrastructure Responsibility
The App provides an interface to manage your Komodo infrastructure. You are solely responsible for any changes, deployments, or actions performed through the App on your infrastructure. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or service disruption resulting from actions taken through the App.
8. Third-Party Services
The App connects to third-party services (your Komodo instances) that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Our website uses a self-hosted instance of Umami Analytics to measure aggregate usage; analytics data is processed on our infrastructure and is not sent to third-party analytics providers.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brubytes operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
